Elis is proud to be a committed group that promotes values of solidarity and social responsibility. Every year, our teams around the world implement numerous solidarity initiatives to support communities, protect the environment and assist those in need. This commitment is enshrined in our CSR strategy.

Since 2022, as part of its Corporate Foundation, the Group has also been working with the NQT (Nos Quartiers ont des Talents) association to support more young talent and encourage more employees to get involved. As a result, a total of nearly 152 young people have been supported since the beginning, and 4.5% of managers in France are committed to supporting young talent in 2024. In addition, the Group has continued its commitment to its local communities by providing support through financial donations, donations of products and services, and volunteering.

Code of Ethics

The Elis Group has formalized its commitments under the Code of Ethics based on the Group’s values of integrity, responsibility, exemplarity in its commercial environment, and respect for all of its employees. The Code of Ethics and its principles apply to the Group as a whole and to all of its activities, whether with its employees, the way it does business with its suppliers, customers and stakeholders, or its activities with other players.

Policy for the reporting and handling of internal alerts

The Group’s ethical and responsible conduct is key to its success and longevity, and Elis is committed to building trust with its employees, customers, suppliers, partners and more broadly, all of its stakeholders. The principles of respect, integrity, responsibility and exemplarity constitute the foundation of the Group’s commitments, as reflected in its Code of Ethics.

The Group therefore provides a whistleblowing line, accessible to everyone, anywhere in the world, to report any situation contrary to Elis’ Code of Ethics, including any situation that violates applicable laws and regulations, as well as any risk of serious harm to human rights and fundamental freedoms, human health and safety, and the environment.

This alert system allows for anonymity and guarantees the confidentiality of information at all stages of the investigation.
The Group undertakes to protect whistleblowers from any negative consequence or retaliation, provided that reports are submitted in good faith, even if the facts reported are ultimately not confirmed. The alert line is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to address a written or voice message in one of the Group’s 18 local languages.

The Supplier Code of Conduct

Since 2006, the Group’s commitment has been detailed in a Supplier Code of Conduct, which describes Elis’s relationships with suppliers beyond the simple purchase of goods and services. This policy aims to minimize the risks associated with working conditions, and in particular with health and safety for workers at its direct suppliers, but also incorporates other concerns. Indeed, the Group’s policy aims to ensure stable and long-term relationships with its suppliers by improving the management and consolidation of relationships while ensuring respect for human rights and labor rights, environmental protection and prevention of corruption
